MySQL 5.0

Setting up an import of Ensembl into MySQL 5.0.x - the first time I've built a database from the flat file dumps (in nearly 6 years) - set it going before 9.00 this morning and it's still going - (it's on to e) couldn't get MyISAM to work at all - but now trying InnoDB although Mart has tickled a max blocksize "buglet" - looks like we can't use a a stock mysqld but will have to compile ourselves argh! Currently appox 120G through 500G of data to importatn
